I am trying to build gentoo1.2 and kde3.0.1 with gcc3.1. I compiled almost 
all kde but cannot build imlib-1.19.14 because it can't check for jpeglib.h 
which is located in /usr/include. If I configure imlib with 
--prefix=/usr/local (default) or anything else but not /usr it can be built. 
I don't understand why.
