Have you tried profiles/default/linux/arm/17.0/armv7a/prefix ?

It once worked on 32bit Android phones.


Notice that 17.0 profiles are being deprecated[1].  If you want to
support 32bit arm prefix in the long run, making a 17.1 profile is the
way to go.  I am ready to proxy-maintain[2] it with you.
