Done.  I can build gnupg 2.0 with Libgcrypt 1.5 as well as with 1.6.
GnuPG 2.1 meanwhile requires 1.6 and work. Thus this should be fine as
well.

Done.  I have not seen any problems but I have no non-ELF platforms for
tests.
