        * doc/invoke.texi (-march=): Clarify documentation for ARM.
        (-mtune=): Likewise.
        (-mcpu=): Likewise.

Where this piece of documentations says "At present, this feature is 
only supported on  Linux" (more than once), should this be GNU/Linux
instead per FSF guidelines?
