You find the manuals at http://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/. As Steve already
said: The 4.6 manual has only few modifications compared with 4.5 as the
4.6 development has started in April 2010.

No. The experimental version of what will be released as gfortran 4.6.0
has some coarray support, but 4.5 does not. You might find a 4.6 build

The current 4.6 status is: Most of coarray features are supported, but
currently only for a single image (i.e. no parallel execution). Current
