How did you produce this file? It contains lines like

IMPLEMENT_UNKNOWN (csGraphics3DSoftware)

BEGIN_INTERFACE_TABLE (csGraphics3DSoftware)
    IMPLEMENTS_INTERFACE (IGraphics3D)



    IMPLEMENTS_INTERFACE (IHaloRasterizer)

    IMPLEMENTS_COMPOSITE_INTERFACE_EX (IConfig, XConfig3DSoft)
END_INTERFACE_TABLE ()

which sure looks like preprocessor input to me. I could not compile
this file; I got lots of (proper) errors.
