Hallo,
I have tryed to compile tex localized for czech. And %subject% happened.
I'm sending you source code. It has 190 Kb. Sorry. I can not reduce it
anymore(It had 350 Kb). I'm using gcc version:

[root@angina info]# gcc -v Reading specs from
/opt/pgcc/lib/gcc-lib/i586-pc-linux-gnu/pgcc-2.91.57/specs gcc version
pgcc-2.91.57 19980901 (egcs-1.1 release)

It was installed as rmp.
On RH-5.2. File extern.h is created by using gcc -E. It contains all
originaly included headers. B.c is part of original source.
Try gcc -O2 B.c. Switches -O2 -O3 -O4 generate %subject%. Without these
options everything works fine.
Have a fun.
Ivan
