bb is used uninitialized in this program, so
the program can do anything (including
starting world war III).  Assuming that
non-initialized variables are set to zero
was part of a lot of legacy codes.  g77
supported -finit-local-zero to emulate this
behavior, which gfortran doesn't yet do
(see PR 20411).

Resolving as a duplicate of PR 20411.
