We have a new mailing list for submitting simple GCC patches:
gcc-patches@gnu.org.  This mailing list feeds into a GNATS data base,
and also to the maintainers of both GCC 2 and the Experimental GCC.

In the past, people have mailed small patches to the gcc2 list or the
egcs list--which implied that each contributor tried to decide which
version to submit a patch for.  Now there is no reason to choose.
Just mail your patch to gcc-patches@gnu.org, which submits the patch
to both versions.
