Gaunlet 5.5 Solaris 2.6.
 
We are occassionally seeing the following error in our logs (for a plug):
 
ErrCode: 0x0091 msg: SockStream:Connect(): Unable to connect
 
What is the meaning and implications of this? The user of the plug is
complaining of sporadic poor response time.
