Sure.  There should be a file in /usr/local/etc called http-gw.PREwhatever
which is the binary that was saved off when you installed the patch.  All
you have to do to back off to the previous version is to stop http-gw and
copy the PRE version back to http-gw.  Then restart http-gw.
