Consider running the application through a VPN. This requires the use of
only one TCP port at an unused / unknown port number and can include
encryption, authentication, and access control as well.

Subject: Multi-port proxy
I've got the need to allow a PowerBuilder app to run through the firewall.
I've been told that it requires 154 open TCP ports! Is there a way to
configure this without creating 154 proxy processes? (guantlet V4.1 with
non-routable internal addresses)
