I'm not sure if this is a local error but since folding has been re-introduced, the IDE seems to be marking every line in an opened source file as changed. Thus opening a project (which has several files automatically opened, as they were last time) and then immediately closing it results in the "These files have been changed ..." popup happening.

Any one else see this?
