You find gambas 2.11 here: http://gambas.sourceforge.net/

It is offered in 2 ways:
    a) as source code
    b) as a ready made package for a variety of distributions.

b) is definitely easier. Just download the package for your
distribution, remove gambas 2.7 and install the new one.

If you still have a problem we would need to know what distribution you use.
