Now gb.jit use the AC_PROG_PATH() macro, so LLVM_CONFIG environment
variable can be use
to force the path of the llvm-config file or in case of a different name
(versioned name in case of debian).

ex: LLVM_CONFIG=/usr/bin/llvm-config-3.2 ./configure
