Code:
* Committed auth-token patch! (and first cleanup fixes. Thanks to paour for
implementing the auth-token in GR so quickly, releasing new applets and
covering everything (docs, notifying GR protocol community, ..!)
* Added activateRewriteRulesForModule to rewrite API (together with pelle)

Fixes:
* Fixed keyalbum tag-cloud bugs (thanks to h0bbel for providing HTML that
works in Opera)
* Webdav: Fixed codeaudit / url generator issues
* Webdav: Fixed getItemLinks() / added unittests
* Webdav: Fixed bug in 3rd party lib
* Webdav: Use new rewrite API method instead of using non-versioned rewrite
classes.
* Fixed imageblock / albumselect for multiroot (and core function
fetchAlbumTree())
* Fixed admin page of httpauth module
* Endless optimize / analyze tables task: Had to refactor it because
performance was abysmal
* Fixed hybrid theme for IE7, verified slider works as expected
* Fixed permalink item edit UI (JavaScript didn't work in FF2 / Opera 9)

Reviews:
* security task 1.2 for Bharat
* RewriteCond for jablko
* xaraya image chooser patch by Kristof (needs more work)

Other:
* Updated the security status report
* Added Persian (Farsi) translation submitted by Jalal Kheradmand (only
comment module yet)
* Provided feedback for usability survey
* Started discussion about webdav and G2.2 (insufficient testing)
