* G2
- I had started doing some work on an IntegrityCheckTask.
   No plans for now to work on it further, so I put it into its own
   module in gallery-contrib.. feel free to try it out or continue
   building it if interested.
- Added flashvideo module.. flv player written for G2 by Wayne
   Patterson (suprsidr).
- Added support for video/mp4 mime type
- Added support for CMYK photoshop files
- Added more unit tests for multiroot support, added multiroot
   module that assists in creating wrapper scripts.
- Two additions to rewrite module, both suggested in forums:
   + Added new type of hotlink protection rule (sends back HTML, so using
     in <img> tag on another site won't work but linking directly to img
     from another site does work, as browser will recognize it is html
     when viewing directly)
   + Added option pagenumber token for ShowItem rewrite rule
- Added some MSSql fixes from birdman
- Avoid adding AccessSubscriberMap entries for entities that don't need it
- Little fixes to Joe7's applyToolkitOperation core api
- Committed some language updates

* Codex
- Added note in "Using Subversion" with sf.net's response about
   "secure connection truncated" errors.

* Code reviews
- add-from-browser error handling (virshu)
- ecard (dmolavi/nicokaiser)
- fetchChildCounts optimization (Joe7)
