* G2
- Installer/upgrader: add checks for PCRE and gettext functions.
- Print modules (shutterfly/photoaccess):
   1) Register a permission so admins can control who can print and
      what items are printable.
   2) Create a new session for the print service to use to access
      images.  This allows printing of images that are not publically
      accessible.  Uses new GallerySession::initEmpty() function.
   Also updated photoaccess unit tests to use UnitTestPlatform.
- Update-all-translations.pl: report missing makefile or po file as
   warning instead of failure.
- Icons: use members icon instead of default icon in MembersList block.
- Rename class ValidationPlugin to GalleryValidationPlugin to match
   filename.
- Add order-by for fetchAllItemIds results (by title).

* GMC
- Show login/register msg to guest viewing topic with no comments.
- Login links in forums now popup login block so after login it
   stays on that forum topic.
- Add G1 or G2 in notification email subject as needed (forum name
   alone doesn't always distinguish G1/G2).
- Made item summary on vote page a link to the sf.net item.
- Rework site header and mission box to behave better in a narrow
   browser window and set a min site width of 700px.  Some css cleanup.
   Tested on gecko,IE,opera,safari.
