Hmm.  Well one tricky thing is that it's possible to have no
highlight for a non-empty album (like in the case where your album
contains only movies).

Changing it to show an image is pretty easy.  Look through classes/Album.php
and classes/AlbumItem.php for the string "No highlight".  It'll
usually be in a block like this:

   return "<span class=title>No highlight!</span>";

Just change that to return an image:

   return "<img hreg=http://server/my_image.gif>";

and it'll return your image whenever there's no highlight available.
