The following patch set addresses some issues found during testing
at the UEFI plugfest.  I've taken the liberty to not only address
bug LP:#1322531 but to also:
  a) Add more precision to the highest frequency info
  b) Print Mhz frequencies floats and remove unneeded integer rounding
  c) Print Turbo Boost if we can detect it on x86 based arches
