This is a bug with libnet-pcap-perl 0.16-1.

Have a look at:

Please apply the following patch as a workaround:

http://trac.cipherdyne.org/trac/fwknop/changeset/1410

and rebuild the package.

If you do not know how to do this, let me know, I will put down the
information needed to do so.
