Here is fix-of-fix for monochrome displays, with seperator lines
now restored :-) Tested on Linux and Solaris 5.5.1. README and patch as
usual.

There is a problem introduced fvwm95-2.0.43a3.patch where the
seperator lines (Nop lines) in menus were lost.

The patch enclosed in fvwm95-2.0.43a3b1.patch fixes this problems.

To apply it, cd to the fvwm95-2.0.43a-Whatever directory,
then enter the command:

  patch < fvwm95-2.0.43a3b1.patch

NOTE that this patch builds on fvwm95-2.0.43a3.patch and MUST be
applied afterwards.
