I've just succeeded in doing what I wanted in a very smart way (in fact it was 
commented in my config file and the Wait command was really missing and there no 
more need the PlaceWindow function). So here it is:
DestroyFunc StartFunction
AddToFunc StartFunction
+ I Module FvwmButtons
+ I Wait FvwmButtons
+ I Next (FvwmButtons) Move 50-50w 100-100w
And there is no risk to do arithmetic errors ;-)
