I've a user who is using OpenVZ 7 w/ kernel version
3.10.0-957.12.2.vz7.96.21. When a variable length ioctl call like
FS_IOC_FIEMAP is made the function fuse_lib_ioctl aborts due to inbufsz
!= outbufsz.

Is this a known issue with older kernels? Besides comparing the in and
out buffer sizes is there any way to check the 'cmd' similar to how the
kernel appears to be in current versions?
