Subject:    [Freetype] wrong rendering of i character

When testing my app I noticed that 'i' character is not correctly rendered 
using 20.0 pt Times New Roman TTF on a screen with 81x81 dpi resolution. 
Rendering at 19.0 pt or 21.0 pt works just fine. What may be the reson of 
such freetype behaviour? Screenshot attached. freetype-2.1.4
