Hi Brian,

I put the Freeswitch logs in previous mail also:
http://pastebin.com/XkcX7HXg. If comment out the session.answer() in the
python script, 200 OK won't go to A-leg until B-leg answers.

Further test: If I try to "playback" a 8KHz file for A-leg when it answers,
it behaves the same as setting the ringback (i.e. won't get any incoming
RTP after)
