Are you assuming that or did you read that somewhere that needs to be
corrected?

SIP profiles use many thread and many cores.  As soon as a message is tied
to a particular session the messages are cloned and individually queued to
the session which runs in its own thread.  Every operation on an individual
channel runs in an independent thread.  Recording is the same, its attached
to the session which has its own thread and is independent of all of the
others.
