Well, not sure which FreeRADIUS server you're using. Therefore, we don't have any module called rlm_quota.

The best way is.

1. Verify which Attributes/VSA expected by your NAS to deal with Quota settings.\
2. Put the attributes and values in somewhere like the DB suggested by Anatoliy Kushner
