  The short answer is to restart the server.

  The longer answer is that something is blocking the server.  The worker threads are \
supposed to pull requests off of the queue and process them.  Since the queue is \
full, that isn't happening.

  So what is blocking the worker threads?  In most situations, it's that a database \
is busy / blocked.  Fix that, and the server will be fine.
