Hi Alen,

In my case, I also want to use RadSec over TLS, that is why, I have to modify tls \
file in sites-enabled.

          Congratulations.  You deleted all of the default virtual servers and broke \
FreeRADIUS.  
          Don't do that.  Discard all of your changes, and start with the default \
configuration.
