  That's a message from the LDAP server.  Fix the LDAP server so it allows FreeRADIUS \
to connect to it.

  Please don't post screenshots.  The mailing list removes them, because they're not \
helpful.

  It helps to READ the debug output.  In this case, you tried to start it in debug \
mode, while it was already running as a deamon.

  We don't ask for that.  We don't need it.
