Which is a copyright book, specifically saying at the beginning no
redistribution permitted. Not something to be recommending people
to download. If people want that they should buy their own copy,
not get it illegally.

But it's now several years old and refers to an obsolete version
of the server, so bear that in mind. Though most other print books
are even older and more obsolete.
