Sites-available is the 'storage area' for virtual servers.  Sites-enabled is the live \
directory that the server users.  Just like with eg Apache on debian.  

How you operate with this schema is really down to you but best practice is to \
store/edit files in sites-available and symlink them from sites-enabled
