Dear all ,
I am very new on this mailing list and I am facing a
very strange a problem due to which I subscribe me on
this maling list.
I am using radiusd-cistron-1.6.4-ns version for our
radius server and my radius server is integrated with
pgsql data base, since I am using postgresql-7.0.2 for
data base.
problem is that I am using a user id xyz for dial up
account and when I use same ID with Xyz (i.e first
character is upper case) , radius authenticate me as
well.
radius is not differentiat the upper case and lower
case character and this is creat a a big problem for
data base because my data base is not doing billing
for Xyz id.
Is this a bug in above version of radius?.can someone
help me for fixed it and can I fixed this on radius
server.?
Is this radius case sensitive or not ??
I hope u peoples reply me as soon as posible.
