There is  nothing interesting on it. Someone just registered freenx project
on launchpad.
It could be useful if a team start to work on it.

Ubuntu guideline is the same as Debian one's. But maybe they can make an
exception.
I will ping the MOTU list to get some feedback from them. But probably it
will be
rejected.
