Okay! I got it working!

I just removed nxclient and the close button works again! Great!

Installing xdialog when still having the commercial nxclient (1.5.0-141 in
my case) doesn't help. But the close dialog looks better with xdialog
installed and nxclient removed. So that's a good thing. Though the close
dialog on the NoMachine test servers still look different. These servers
have "nxclient-2.1.0-11" installed... So I tried installing the latest
commercial nxclient version, 2.1.0-11. And that also worked! The close
dialog nicely pops up when hitting the close button and with the same looks
as the NoMachine test servers.

Removing nxclient and installing xdialog didn't make any difference for the
broadcast messages: still empty windows. Installing the newer version of the
commercial nxclient didn't help either.
