Subject:    Free DOS: main lines?

    Greetings,

    Could someone help me to decide which Free DOS features, ideology aspects
etc are now the most actual and under development?

    I have returned to this subject, since I have several ideas for our own
DOS-compatible environment with certain - IMHO - useful features. Among
those, windowed (optional) smart DOS console, reentrant and smart
installable file system (access control, full protected mode interface to
avoid protected-to-real callbacks and so on).

    I am afraid thes ideas are too much for me alone to implement. Does Free
DOS intend to evolve? Or the first goal is simply provide stable, well-
maintained, well-debugged MS DOS-compatible environment?

    Am eager to start discussions.
