First, speech not about "how to use '@' in filename". Above tom says
that "there is no need to start filelist with '@'". But how to utility will
differ plain filename and filelist? For example:

        util file list

I not prefix "list" by '@' in command line, as tom suggested - but how now
UTIL will know that "list" is a file-list?

Second, you wrong, because BC RTL removes quotes (this is another
trouble if you wish to mimic MS FIND syntax). Although there exists other
way to use files with '@' in name:

        attrib .\@file

Of course, this will work only when you point names directly. In batch file
this is dangerous:

        attrib .\%1

and then call "batch c:\file".

My way with "/@" instead "@" have no such artifical troubles.
