There doesn't seem to be such a file here...

Thanks, it helped. All ns records had to be adjusted so that now my
/etc/dns/tinydns/root/data file contains:
.oswiecenia.net.eu.org:217.97.124.200:pj200.krakow.sdi.tpnet.pl:259200
.oswiecenia.net.eu.org:193.111.27.194:fns2.sgh.waw.pl:259200
.oswiecenia.net.eu.org:194.145.96.21:fns1.sgh.waw.pl:259200

Now waiting for my request to be processed. (How long does it typically take?)
