Hello,

freeDiameter 1.2.0 is released (at last)!

This is the first release in the 1.2.x branch, and it includes several 
changes in the freeDiameter API compared with 1.1.x branch. The most 
significant change is the logging system and the new hooks mechanism. 
Special thanks to Thomas Klausner who has contributed a large portion of 
the changes in this release, but he is not the only one, thank you to 
all your feedback that constantly helps improving freeDiameter.

A word about the roadmap:
- branch 1.1.x is stopped here (unless someone complains about this ? ).
- branch 1.2.x maintenance continues.
- branch 1.3.x development is starting. This branch will include the 
support of DTLS over SCTP. Since this support requires a bleeding-edge 
GNUTLS version, this branch will not be the default for some time.
