Hi,

so the problem got solved for me by:

Bug 1630367 - gnome session crashes after a VT switch (on X11 with multiple monitors)
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1630367#c18
 - use X driver "intel"

It in effect does:
	-LoadModule: "fb"
	-LoadModule: "fbdevhw"
	-LoadModule: "glamoregl"
	-LoadModule: "modesetting"
	+LoadModule: "dri2"
	+LoadModule: "dri3"
	+LoadModule: "intel"
	+LoadModule: "present"

The problem was the same even with Fedora 30:
	xorg-x11-server-Xorg-1.20.4-3.fc30.x86_64
	kernel-5.1.9-300.fc30.x86_64
