In the radeon driver, MonitorLayout was a driver option in the UMS /
pre-RandR 1.2 days. It's been gone for over a decade.

Note that ServerLayout != MonitorLayout, and ServerLayout should only be
necessary if multiple "Device" / "Screen" sections are defined.
