Jus recently I tried to use the startx command in raspbian from the
commande line and I got this error message:

Fatal server error:
(EE) Could not write pid to lock file in /tmp/.tX0-lock
(EE)
(EE)

xinit: giving up
xinit: unable to connect to X server: Connection refused
