http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/packages/wget.htm

Or just use your favourite download manager. There's nothing magic about
wget.

ftp://ftp.x.org/pub/X11R7.5/src/everything/*.bz2
if your favourite download manager happens to be an FTP client
(FileZilla or similar).
