http://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=21001 which I hadn't found the
reason for yet.
And you're right, 0f2802726f looks very broken, albeit in a different
manner. The point of this was to auto-adjust the right edge setting to
accommodate for the special scroll area. in doing so, it doesn't honour the
actual edge margin though, leading to the scroll area becoming zero-sized
(or otherwise very small).
Pending the device data requested in 21001, that should be fixable.
