The LinuxTV.org wiki contains information about all the supported
analog capture devices:

http://linuxtv.org/wiki/index.php/Main_Page
http://linuxtv.org/wiki/index.php/ATI

The big issue with those ATI combo cards is there was no public
documentation for the chipsets and standalone capture cards tend to be
both inexpensive and *much* better supported. Also, ATI released
many, many cards under the exact same branding (ATI "TV Wonder"), all
with different chipsets and driver requirements.

If you really want to do TV capture, I would strongly encourage you to
spend $25-60 and just buy a dedicated capture card.
