I was looking at Qt's hack for making resizing cleaner, and it strikes me as
ugly.

It only reduces internal window flicker. If you resize the outermost window,
it will still flicker horribly.

Is there a better way of getting the X server to move the scrollbars around to
follow the right hand/bottom window edge? This would let you eliminate resize
flicker completely, like in OS X.

How feasible is this?

David.
