Good day list,

As libpciaccess seems to be unbuildable without an explicit
--with-pciids-path option passed to configure, I'm inclined to
ask (granted, of course, that I'm not doing anything obviously wrong)
whether this is an intentional situation. 

Personally, I find the library plenty usable without that database.
