Hey guys, for this type of work, nothing's better that letting the
machine do it. There's a little tool called unifdef (apt-get install
unifdef), that you can run on your files, and it will remove those #if.
Usage: unifdef -DPIXPRIV Xext/shm.c >Xext/shm.c.new
