Organisations like Computerbank (www.computerbank.org.au) put out
hundreds or thousands of systems a year. So you're proposing that
they somehow find an extra $US265,000, let's say, to buy new Dell
systems, rather than keep relying on donations of old PII and
PIII-class machines?
